L.M. de Rothschild’s early years were spent in Europe near Frankfurt, Germany. Her interest with literature began in junior high after reading a copy of J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Hobbit. Soon afterward, her love for fantasy and science fiction began to grow.
After completing her MBA, L.M. moved to New York to pursue a career in the creative arts, while working for a Wall Street firm. The beauty and life of New York offered adventure and solitude as she explored much of the surrounding New England area. She credits much of this time in New England for her continued passion in writing and literary brainstorming.
When not working, L.M. currently spends her time traveling abroad, promoting efforts in the fight against human trafficking.
